Change My Address / Order Details

TOPIC: I would like to change my address or update my details.

We know sometimes we make mistakes.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed on our website it is automatically assigned to our warehouse to ensure the fastest delivery possible therefore we are unable to make any modifications to the order. Please ensure that you select your product(s) carefully and that you enter your shipping information correctly.

What will happen if the address is wrong? Your order will most likely be returned to us at which time our team member will be in contact to assist you with a refund or re-delivery of the order.

Alternatively, you can redirect the parcel by contacting your local courier or calling AusPost at 13 POST (13 7678), speak to the station manager (postmaster) at a local post office and provide with the correct address. If you placed an order with us for outside Australia, please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number and correct address. 

What can I do if I accidentally purchased a wrong product? Regrettably, we can not make changes to an order as our system is an automated one. However, you can reach out to us once you have received your order and we will be able to assist you with a return. Please do read this Returns, Damaged & Exchanges article before contacting us. Once, you've understood our return policy, please email us at support@freshbeautyco.com.au with subject 'Wrong product ordered' along with your order number and our team will surely assist you. 

Should I put in a new order with the correct details? YES, if you want your products ASAP we can assure you that if you place a second order with the correct details our team will identify this and flag the first order as an issue, this will ensure that we contact you and work out what to do with your first order, we will ensure you get the right outcome as we have done for our customers over 15 years.
